Terms and Conditions governing FEVO 7-Eleven Top-up Promotion 2017

 

  1. Eligibility
    1. The Promotion is valid from 12 May 2017 to 31 July 2017, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
    2. The Promotion is open to registered FEVO Prepaid Mastercard (including M1 Prepaid Mastercard) Cardholders. ("Customer").

  2. To Win
    1. Cardholders who top-up their FEVO Card with a minimum amount of S$20 at participating 7-Eleven stores* during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into the draw.
      (* Not applicable for 7-Eleven stores located at Shell petrol kiosks and Changi Airport departure/transit lounges. A fee of S$0.50 shall apply for each top-up at 7-Eleven stores).
    2. Top-ups done via any channels other than those specified in 2.1, such as but not limited to online top-up, shall not qualify for the Promotion.
    3. 10 winners will be selected at the end of the Promotion.
    4. Each top-up transaction shall constitute an entry to the Promotion (E.g. Top-up of S$100 in a single transaction will qualify for 1 chance and two top-up transactions of S$60 each will qualify for 2 chances).
    5. Each registered cardholder shall only be entitled to win once irrespective of the number of entries.

    1. Rewards
    2. Winners shall receive a S$100 top-up into their registered FEVO Card within 4 weeks following the end of the Promotion Period.
    3. Each Cardholder will be able to accumulate more entries throughout the Promotion.
    4. The lucky draw will be held at EZ-Link's office at 438B Alexandra Road Blk B Alexandra Technopark #06-08/09 Singapore 119968 on 15 August 2017 at 5pm. The public are welcomed to witness the draw. EZ-Link will also be drawing reserve winners to replace any winner who may be subsequently disqualified, uncontactable or does not collect their prizes on time.
    5. The winners will be announced via FEVO website and official FEVO Facebook page at the end of the Promotion Period, and notified via their FEVO registered email within 4 weeks from the end of the Promotion Period.

  3. Cardholders are responsible for updating and ensuring the accuracy of their email address. EZLink shall not be responsible for any non-receipt or delivery of any notification emails due to errors arising from the inaccuracy of the email address.
     
  4. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or exchangeable for cash.
     
  5. EZ-Link reserves the right to draw a reserve winner as replacement for any winner who is subsequently unreachable or whose prize is forfeited for any reason whatsoever.
    6.1. EZ-Link reserves the right to substitute or replace the prize with another prize of similar value without prior notice. EZ-Link makes no representation or warranty whatsoever in respect of the prizes, whether as to the quality or merchantability or fitness for purpose or performance or otherwise.
     
  6. 7. General Terms and Conditions
    1. By participating in the Promotion, the Customer is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
    2. The following shall not be entitled to participate in the Promotion:
    3. - EZ-Link staff and their immediate family members.
    4. By participating in the Promotion, you are deemed to have expressly consented to EZ-Link disclosing your personal particulars to any person or entity involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the Promotion.
    5. Notwithstanding anything herein, EZ-Link has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of a Customer to participate in the Promotion or to receive a prize. EZ-Link's decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the Promotion shall be final and binding. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
    6. EZ-Link shall not be liable in any way to any party for any loss or damage or expenses arising in connection with the Promotion, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing chances, any technical, hardware, or software breakdown, malfunction or defects, failed, delayed, or incorrect transactions, lost or unavailable network connections or any notice that is lost or misdirected.
    7. EZ-Link may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate the Promotion or vary these terms and conditions.
    8. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
    9. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
