Using Your FEVO

There are two accounts inside your FEVO card, which are topped up separately.

You can swipe your FEVO to pay for purchases wherever MasterCard is accepted worldwide. Your FEVO Prepaid MasterCard® card comes with an initial balance of $20 to $100 and must be topped up for further use once the initial balance is spent, or when you need to spend more than the value in your Prepaid MasterCard.

Topping up can be done online at www.fevocard.com (after registering your card) or through other available channels. The maximum balance that you can have in your card at anytime is $1000, but there is no limit to the number of times you can top up your card.

If your FEVO includes an ez-link purse, there will be no value in the ez-link purse when it is delivered to you. You should top up your ez-link purse at the top up machines at MRT stations or through other ez-link top up channels such as DBS/POSB ATMs, AXS stations, at 7-11 convenience stores and more. You can tap your FEVO card to get around on public transport and to make payments at EZ-Link merchants, just like a normal ez-link card.

Topping up your FEVO Prepaid MasterCard® purse:

Online
To top up your FEVO Prepaid MasterCard® purse online, visit www.fevocard.com and log in with your FEVO card number, FEVO Password and CVC to access your FEVO account. Click on the "Top Up FEVO Balance" link under Account Details and follow the instructions to top up your card. The minimum top up value is $20. The maximum value that you can have on your FEVO at anytime is $1000. A fee will be charged for each top up. Please see the Charge table for current fees.

AXS stations
You can now top up your FEVO Prepaid MasterCard® purse at AXS stations island-wide! Click here.

Topping up your FEVO ez-link purse:

To top up your FEVO ez-link purse, use the top up machines at MRT stations or top up through other ez-link top up channels such as DBS/POSB ATMs, AXS stations, at 7-11 convenience stores and more. If you choose to top up your ez-link purse with a debit or credit card, you can do so online at www.ezlink.com.sg.

Can other people top up my FEVO Prepaid MasterCard for me?
No. All top ups must be done by the cardholder as the cardholder holds the FEVO card number, CVC and FEVO password.

Does my FEVO Prepaid MasterCard have an expiry date?
Yes, the expiry date (month / year) is printed on the front of the card. You will not be able to use the card after the first day of the expiry month and year. You are given up to 1 month from the expiry date to get a refund and an administration fee is chargeable. You should buy a new FEVO to enjoy the convenience and benefits of the card, while keeping the old one as a momento. For expiry and refund of the ez-link purse, please refer to www.ezlink.com.sg.

Can I continue to use the ez-link purse on the card upon expiry of the FEVO?
Yes, as long as the ez-link purse is still valid.

Is my FEVO Prepaid MasterCard transferable?
No, once you register your FEVO Prepaid MasterCard online, you are not allowed to transfer ownership of your FEVO card to another person. You may purchase a new card for him/her as a gift.

Can I transfer value from one FEVO Prepaid MasterCard to another?
No. We do not offer this service.

Can I withdraw cash using my FEVO in local and overseas auto-teller machine (ATM)?
No, we do not offer such cash withdrawal service.

Are there any additional fees or charges when using my FEVO prepaid MasterCard overseas?
Yes, please see the Charge table for current fees.

What if I need a replacement card overseas? How long will that take?
We do not mail the card overseas as the replacement service we are offering is only applicable for registered cards. The replacement card will be mailed to your registered mailing address in Singapore. Therefore you should register your card as soon as you get it. You should also update us of your mailing address if you have moved. A replacement fee and card fee will be deducted from your card balance.

What happens if I change my address?
You will need to log in and update the address detail on the website. We also permit address update via the FEVO hotline for registered cards. All correspondence and card replacement will be only mailed to the registered address.

How can I check the balance of FEVO Prepaid Mastercard?
You may log into your account at the www.fevocard.com to check your accounts for free. Alternatively you can send an SMS using your registered mobile number to check the card balance. A fee will be levied and deducted from the MasterCard prepaid purse for each SMS enquiry. See the Charge Table for fees.

How does the FEVO with ez-link work?
In addition to being a payment card, FEVO also comes with a separate ez-link purse, allowing users to get around on public transport. This ez-link purse can also be used for other payments including Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) transactions with the new generation In-Vehicle Unit (IU), Electronic Parking System (EPS) carparks as well as at EZ-Link merchants.

How do I top-up the ez-link purse in my FEVO card?
You can top up the ez-link purse at any MRT station, DBS/POSB ATMs, AXS stations, at 7-11 convenience stores and more. If you choose to top up your ez-link purse with a debit or credit card, you can do so at www.ezlink.com.sg.

Is there a minimum or maximum top up amount for each top up transaction into my ez-link purse?
The maximum value that you can have in your ez-link purse at anytime is $500. The minimum top up amount per transaction depends on the channel. For example, the minimum amount for top up is $10, except for 7-Eleven convenience stores and DBS/POSB ATMs, where you can top up from $5 onwards. Please refer to www.ezlink.com.sg for more details.

Can I transfer value from my ez-link purse into my MasterCard purse?
No, the FEVO MasterCard purse and the ez-link purse are two separate purses. Value is not transferable from the ez-link purse to the MasterCard purse or vice versa. To top up your ez-link purse using your MasterCard purse, please visit www.ez-link.com.sg to view the available channels which you can top up your ez-link purse with a credit/debit card.
